How detailed should my duties and responsabilities be in the work experience reference? Does it have to be signed after I leave the company?

I'm trying to write a reference letter for my supervisor to complete and sign and I'm not sure about how detailed should the responsabilities section be, I've copied some lines from some Software Engineering examples I found and modified them to suit my position, this is what I have for now:

From 8th of September of 2019 to 8th of September of 2021: As a Software Developer. Roles and responsibilities included:
- Design, development and maintenance of software applications to be used in ground and space-based observatories for the scheduling of astronomical observations through the use of Artificial Intelligence algorithms, worked together with a team of software developers and astronomers.
- Development of the required features, using the company technology stack.
- Certification of the quality of the software being developed through tests design and execution

Do you think this would be enough to certify NOC 2173 Software Engineerins and Designers?

Furthermore, I'm leaving the company this September and I'm requesting the letter in advance just in case, should the letter be signed after I leave the job position? Or can the letter say that I am working there and will be until the 8th?

fairly detailed enough so the Analyst and Visa officer could determine that your duties are aligned to the NOC
I am not able to assure you of your particular NOC as I am not related to the IT sector, I tried to respond as I found nobody responded to your query
