Does anyone know how CIC works? Some applicants who applied for immigration got their AOR in 3-5 weeks, others waited for 10 months or more!.

They throw darts on application files. The application on which the darts fall get processing.others remain hanging on the wall and serve as office decoration.

Good question.
Most of the CIC works on regular pay. Some gets high pay and some low depends on their qulification.
