how CHC ISB notify for medical...?

You will get notification through TCS , Either their postman drop your passport and medical form at your home and charge 315 Rs or they will call you to get it from their office . It doesnt matter from which service you sent , you will receive it via TCS bcz CHC ISB is using TCS now to send their couriers

It is mentioned in the documents you'll receive with your medical call. All DMPs know this and they dont charge more than this. CHC also has categorically mentioned that no additional fee apart from this is to be charged.
