Hello ppl,
I am just wondering, how cec process our applications? Means first come first serve basis? Because I have heared they distribute a fix lot of applications to each officer. So officer1 may have dec applicants, officer 2 may have jan application etc... and all officers are processing application simultaneously. As result medical request of dec , jan, feb applicants may sent at the same time. Is this true? I dont know, I heared rumorsss like this

Thnkss

This is pure speculation on my part, but I'd like to assume that they're grouped according to the Skill-Level of the applicant. One advantage is that if you are processing 100 applicants from the same NOC, you can easily tell which ones are 'different' from the baseline. Also, it helps in the consistency of determining eligibility for those particular jobs (easier to compare apples-to-apples).

Again, I have no basis for this so don't jump on me. This has been my experience in doing research (e.g. Stocks, companies), where researchers focus on specific industries/sectors/regions.

A better question is: what is the size of the workforce processing applications, since we can estimate the workload for each.
