How can you prove your not common law when living in same address?If this is the scenario that your living in the same house/address for how many years but sleeping in different rooms. ARE they going to considered it as common law partner? and

Can Immigration access personal bank account and issurance even if you dont provide details?

Why would you need to prove that you're not? Just say that you're not in a common law relationship on your application form. I can't think of a reason why anyone from CIC would question you or bother to investigate.
