How can one acquire a "True copy" of the PR foundation Document?

Hi community, live in Quebec.It would be greatly appreciated if one of u can direct me to where and how can I acquire a true copy of my permanent residency main/Foundation document?(not sure if its the landing papers)but if anyone knows where to apply Please share it with me.

They do not give you a True copy any more, they give you a Verification of Status. That is a document verifying that on such and such date, you landed as a PR. You can order it here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certcopy.asp
