I am living in Pakistan, I am in a long distance relation with my girlfriend from vancouver bc.
I have a sister who is a resident of Canada as well, how can i visit my gf? She doesnt work so can not apply for me. She is not able to travel to Pakistan as of yet due to covid vaccination waiting list. She cannot travel until she has both her doses and she still is under waiting list.
Would a short term course help or any other options.
