If you are going on your mothers application as a dependent child (under 22 or over 22 and a full time student), you can not be married or in a common law partnership (that's living together as a couple for 12 or more months).

After you get your PR, you can go back and marry your girlfriend and sponsor her and her son. For the son, she needs to show that she has full custody or that his father allows her to immigrate with him.
