It's not possible to sponsor a child who is 22 years old. They will need to qualify for PR on their own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

To sponsor your dependent, the application needed to be received by IRCC before your dependent turned 22 years old. If your dependent is already 22 and you didn't submit the application before their 22nd birthday, it's too late.

How old is your daughter? Tell us that first. Does your child have a disability? Does she live with you 24/7 and need full time care? Can she work?
Your daughter needs to have a disability that prevents her from working, living on her own, and taking care of herself independently. To qualify under the above category, she must have been continuously dependent on you and generally speaking, also living with you continuously. Wrist pain is not a disability. You have to show with doctor and hospital reports that she will not be able to ever work and will need care 24/7. So she can work because many jobs don't involve lifting anything.
She is over 22 so you can't sponsor her. How did you get PR and why wasn't she included on your PR application?
This doesn't sound like a situation where you will qualify to sponsor her. Her medical condition is not serious enough.
It sounds like there are many jobs she can do, just not ones involving lifting heavy equipment.
