How can I sponsor my cousins to come to Canada?

I want to sponsor them to come here from Philippines, but they are over 18. I live here in Canada with my whole family as a permanent residence.
Ive already read the page on CRA for eligibility for sponsoring relatives, and I dont think I can get them by this.

My cousins' parents and siblings are working in Italy, and it's just the two of them left in Phil. We want them to come here as a permanent residence too so they can work freely or go to school. Is there any way we can get them ? Thanks! ;D

you can't sponsor cousins under family class. they will need to find their own way to immigrate as a worker, student or provincial nominee.
