How can i prove i already did a medical?

So I already did a medical and passed it 3 months ago for my PR application. However, i am applying for an open work permit in the meantime (the one i got expired quick because of my passport) and I need to prove that I have done an exam in this application.

All i got back from the doctor was a letter saying "Thank you, we sent your results to cic on x date" and a list of everything i was tested for and the result. I don't think this is the IMM form, but seems like a lot of information for a "printout" sheet. It does not have my photo or anything so Im not sure. Will sending this work? Is this something I can request within 24 hours?

You should have been able to request it from the doctor who did your medicals.

Since so much time has passed, im not sure if it will still be in their system. You need to call the doctor office and ask if it is still possible to get a copy of med results. If u can get it then send it to cic.

Thank you for your reply, I will call the clinic first thing tomorrow morning and let them know. In the worst case scenario I will give details about it in the letter of explanation. Have a great day!
