How can I get my PR ? Please help.

I am currently in Canada.I am born in 1994 October, have 3 years Bachelor degree from Nepal with 5 years work experience and will be completing 1 Year diploma from Canada.
I have a 24 yrs old husband who is in Nepal and has a Master's degree. Now when I calculate my points for express entry it is 470 but I don't know what should I do next. Should I go for express entry? Will I qualify for it? I have heard that I can go to province like Nova Scotia for easier pr probability but I do not know how that works. Can anyone suggest me?
