How can i get my Husband and Children to visit canada while I am studying as an international studen

hello, I am an international student going to Canada to commence my studies in January. I have 2 children, age 12 and 18. I would like for my husband and children to visit me while i am studying. how can I assist them to visit me in Canada. Also i would like for my 18 year old daughter to get a study permit to study in canada. kindly assist me in achieving the above.
