Hi ,Can you tell me about the procedures to get a job for 10 years foreign experienced person from India

You apply to jobs through job bank or other sites. Your employer gives you a job offer and then needs a LMIA. This takes months to process and costs $1000 for the employer. The employer has to prove no Canadian can do the job. Then with a LMIA you apply for a closed work permit. Again months of processing. It is very difficult to find an employer who is willing to go through the LMIA process.

I helped an employer through it. They had hired me part time because I was a student, and wanted me full time. That required a work permit, and took around a year.

In general, unless you have very specialized knowledge (like I do), you aren't going to get a job. It isn't enough to be experienced, you have to have a skill that Canada is missing.
