Hi there, it's me again.

My mom in Law's supervisa is now in kinda uncertain situation. She got an advice from where she did medical for supervisa. They said to send her report again but it has to be from specific doctor. Now we feel hopeless. Doing this is not only involved lot of money but also difficult to take her to the capital city with someone. Anyway I understand CIC need.

Now my question is can we cancel or withdraw her supervisa? Can I apply for visitor visa now? If we apply for visitor visa, is there chance to be rejected as she cancel supervisa?

Just let you know my mom in law is green card holder of USA.
The reason we thought to bring her coz my wife was pregnant plus to teach indigenous culture to my older daughter. Now my wife gave birth a baby boy. So considering above 2 issue, is there chance to approve her visitor visa?

Thanks for reading me. I highly appreciate you guys' helping attitude.

Did she visit a panel physician? Where more tests requested by CIC? Does she have strong ties to Bangladesh like property, a job, etc. and has the funds to pay for her visit. TRV is more for short term visits. A medical can be requested as well.

Thanks for prompt reply. She went through panel physician. She had an issue of stomach cancer 10 years ago which was in preliminary stage. She came around after a year and continuously was in supervision of oncologist. She is fit physically and psychologically from last 9 years. Now advice is she has to go through their oncologist.

She has son n daughter in Bangladesh with 3 grandchildren. In terms of property, it'd be around 4 crore including farm land, fisheries n 2 large building plus her both of her son n daughter's are financially established.
