I have applied last week for student permit and done my biometrics. i just got admission letter to my preferred programme at Carleton University.
I want you cancel the application and re apply for student permit to Carleton.
Please how should I go about it.

You don't need to cancel and resubmit, update imm1294 and attach LOA from Carleton, then raise a webform with a note...

It's like a platform through which you can connect with IRCC, sending missing documents or checking status of your application. They may not reply you any soon because of the congestion. Here's the link to send a webform:

Raise a webform with new LOA and add a new SOP with the detailed explanation. They will acknowledge the documents and will add them into your current file under processing.
Webform is the only possible way to contact the VO office that is processing you file for Visa grant.
