Unfortunately there's no easy way.

You just have to apply for jobs through reputable web sites and hope you find an employer who is willing to hire you.

i am a software engineer and i have a one year of job experience'''' can i go to canada and find some it jobs there or it will b easy to find on job sites????

thanks scylla fr ur reply
Can you name some of these websites whom u can look for work ?I don't usually give my info to any unpopular website

there are lot of people who got LMOs via different connections. If anyone can introduce me with some employer/company ????

Try workopolis, monster.ca and the Canadian Job Bank.

Generally speaking, you have to have something against which an employer is willing to go through the pains of LMO and then waiting for visa.

For e.g. being a simple software engineer with a year's experience is not something scarce in Canada (i am in the same profession so i know what i am talking about).

Canada has pretty good CS universities and their graduates are top tier. So unless some is looking for a very specific job in a particular domain, for which you have experience and it is hard to find similar experience inside Canada, it is tough to get one.

I had such an opportunity, but again the employer reached out to me, and that was because the experience they were looking for was hard to find while i possessed it. If i have to go back and start looking for a job in Canada while being outside, it is going to be very very tough.

This is not to discourage applicants, just helping them realize the ground reality.

I am already discouraged enough by hearing the stories of people & their longggggg term efforts :( It is okay if u disappoint me logically.

There are several ways to do it. It depends on your area of expertise and experiances.
