How can i add my new born to my application!!!!

Hi friends,

I need some help about how can i add my new born to my existing application.
I emailed Ottawa office (CPP Ottawa) about this but haven't received any response yet.
Please advise how can i add my child to the application.

fill up the family details form again, attach copy of passport of new born, birth certificate, photographs and application fee , sent it to visa office.
Can write a forwarding letter also.

Thanks explorer101...but on CIC website there are several IMM0008 forms. which one i need to fill. i think the general IMM0008 form which is first in the list that i have to use. Let me know if i am wrong.
