I have one more question
My wife is protected person in Canada now applying for open work permit renewal. She facing difficulty with one question while filling the form. Question is The original purpose for coming to Canada 1: business 2: tourism 3 work
4: other 5: family visit
Which option she have to select there is confusion about this question because the visa that was applied was for family visit, so she came here for a family visit or will she come as a protected person as of now please let me know.

But my question is in check list they (require medical) but how she can go to IRCC medical panel without any IRCC paper or instructions? Without medical,
application is not forwarded in GC key account

I think they call it upfront medical exam. You can just call one of them and explain the situation. They will guide you.
