hello
I am very glad to see how people are helping each other by devoting their precious time and replying best in this forum.
I also have a question.

I am on student visa in Canada for a 2yrs diploma. My parents and my younger brother are permanent resident and green card holder in United States. They visited last month to see me here in Canada and they liked it too much and decided to permanentally move to Canada in next year.

I need advice and want to go threw the wholew procedure and ways they can easily move and became permanent here.

Any advice?

Probably their only route is via skilled worker. They should take the assessment at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp to see if they qualify
Extremely unlikely that their application will be processed by next year, Buffalo applications were taking 16-25 months for application already processed, and with changes to the Immigration Act, without a skill on the yet to released list, will be much much longer.
