Im currently holding workpermit status in Manitoba under MPNP and my Permanent residency is on process as of the moment.

You cannot bring a finace to Canada. You would need to get married. Once you are married, you can include your fiance in your PR application and they may qualify for an open work permit. Or you can wait until after you are a PR and get married then and sponsor your fiance for PR (the process will take about a year to complete).
