If some international student is coming to Canada, how will they go to the airbnb which is close to airport, but not walkable distance. Can they do uber? Or Private transportation is a must?

Yes you can take an uber or taxi. You will be required to wear your mask, the windows will be partially opened to create airflow. If you are the only passenger you are required to sit in the back on the opposite side of the driver.
