i have my 1st letter from Canada at march,2010. now at April i have my Master Degree(MBA) result which i didn't mention in my First application.....not even mention i pursuing study which is full time evening study. I claim IELTS more marks which i can't get now

how i claim the marks for Master Degree so that low marks in IELTS can work? What Clarification should i write?? Clarification should be in plain page or should be notarized??

you should send along a clarification letter stating that your study was under process when you lanched your intial application and now its complete and my transcripts are attached for considration

My points was:

Education : 20
Age:10
spouse:4
Job experience:21
Language: 12(needed)

Now if I add Master Degree Certificate and Transcript,
Education : 25
Age:10
spouse:4
Job experience:21
Language: 7(will need)

Does it work???? Can i claim now Master Degree Marks (with 8 points in
IELTS which i already have, otherwise i have to sit again)??

1. You need to fell the forms again at the time of sending full documents. Add details about your Master degree in Education column.

2. Prepare your full documents including MBA certificate/ transcript/ syllabus etc. and send the package to local visa office.

3. You can write a letter about mistake that you forget to write about running degree.

4. You can correct all the mistake and inform visa office at the time of sending full documents

1. You will get points for your Master Degree that is 25.

2. with help of Master Degree(25 points) and current IELTS result(8 points), you will reach to 67 pass marks.

3. Prepare your full documents and send the package to your local visa office.

4. I advice you to prepare for IELTS and take exam again and try to score better. You can send IELTS updated result any time after sending full document and before visa office takes any decision on your file.

5. Send full documents, Be relax, Prepare IELTS, take test and Send IELTS updated result later.

I heard now academic IELTS is accepted. So should i send my academic IELTS score now which is 6 in average and then after send full documents sit for IELTS again and send it later to local visa office.

I never forgot to mention my continuing Master Degree ...however i didn't mention because i was not pass that (SO i thought before pass how can i claim points). After passed now i want to claim points. What i will write for adding my Master Degree marks? Can any one please provide any format?

hi Kartic

I believe according to the new rules which started on 10-April-2010, if you send an IELTS together with your initial application, that will be your initial and final education points. They will not accept additional proofs of language proficiency after that.

i applied before 10th April...so I hope new system will not effect me and i can claim my further study marks with previous Academic IELTS result.

Please comment.....

I already replied you on same questions.

1. You will get 25 points for your Master degree.

2. You can take IELTS again, if you want to increase your point.

3. You can send IELTS anytime, after 3 month of your full document submission but before final decision of your file.

Hope you understand well

Dear Visa Expert,

Please advice that if someone applied under simplified application process in 2007 and after 4 years before getting the 2nd letter to update document, he married and studied further, Does he eligible to claim points for adaptability and 17 years schooling instead of 16 years written in 1st simplified application?

If he did not mention anything in 1st simplified application about further education and wedding information, can he claim for points if he can submit document for further education and marriage certificate along with spouse education documents.

Thanks.

1. Old immigration system (5 years processing time) is different. I can not advice you anything for that.

2. Our duty is to claim maximum point and provide maximum document to make our file more strong.

3. It's up to visa officer whether to grant you points or not.
