How 20 hours limit applies to online content creators?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows how 20 hours per week rule is applying for online content creators?
For example I am profiting around $1500 per month from my patreon, is there a max limit for the income that affects this rule? How the hours will be calculated? What if I'm putting more work to my content creation...? Does it even count toward this 20 hours of campus work?
