We are a group of 3 people from varied backgrounds who are planning to land in Toronto between March 21st to April 10th. We plan to look for and bargain for a HOUSE in and around GTA which can accommodate all of us with a private room to each.

- There will be a dog staying with us so you should be OK with that

I would recommend that you post in the Housing section of the forum as well.

Also a heads up that the rental market is very tight in Toronto and the GTA and has been for some time now (meaning vacancy rates are low). Unfortunately bargaining most likely won't be possible. If anything, you may end up having to offer more that the advertised rate (this is what people are doing these days to secure a place they really like).
