Why stick to minimum wage? There is no rule that says you have to. Get a better paid job then..
I am trying to be realistic based on reasons below:
#The experience I have in G7 countries & that too in a multinational company is in minimum wage job.
#The professional experience I have in a 3rd world country may or may not be accepted by Canada. (didnt work in other g7 countries)
#Finally I want to continue doing it as I have experience & liked it. But again the only downside is its a minimum wage, nothing wrong with the job.

I am hopeful but cant bet my future on it because of reasons below:
#get promotion in the same work & same company doing min wage job. (being an IMG it not possible)(IT specialist job different story)
#get a degree (require funds for that). (short term certifications may be possible)

I was only talking about the long working hours of sweatshops of Foxconn in china & same applies to clothes/apparel manufacturers in Bangladesh.
A sister company of Foxconn of China will soon open some factories in 6 states south of the border.
