Housing for senior parents

Hi,
I am looking a ine bedroom apartment, basement for a senior couple. I (their child) would bear their rent n other expenses. They recently became pr and they want to live in their community ( Brampton). Due to my work i cannot live there.
Is there any link or company i can apply for their rental? I understand they cannot apply for senior housing or i might b wrong. Please advise.

You use normal ways of finding apartments. Things like Kijiji if you are looking for a basement apartment.
