i am graduating in december as a construction engineering technitian, i am aware that i need 1560 hours as fulltime work within one year, however, my skilled work is seasonal, can i achieve the 1560 in 7 months, which would be 52 hours per week for 7 months

This will not count as a year of work experience. You need to have 52 separate weeks where you worked 30 hours or more.

Many construction jobs are not seasonal in Canada. There may be more outdoor work during the warmer months but often balanced with indoor work in the colder months.
