I'm 34 years old now... not sure if still this is a good time to study hospitality in canada. Can someone advice

Is this not the same question you have asked over last 2 years ?
I didnt see any mention in your posts about your current qualifications, work experience, english language proficiency and so on for anyone to provide much in the way of feedback as to whether you might qualify for a study permit in the first place. Anyone can come on to this forum and say things are great in hospitality, lots of jobs in specific areas but unless someone has the required background to qualify for a study permit the feedback is just words.
Like everyone else you need to grab the opportunity and see what happens given nothing is ever guaranteed and you only live once plus it is obviously something in a couple of years of posts you are still mulling over.

It is not how old you are, or how many years gap you have between your studies... it is a lot more than that, such as your work experience, previous education, etc., it all depends on how you can present your case and you can convince the visa officer how the studies in Canada will help you achieve your goals, personal and professional... there are many things that have to be considered.
