Yes. It's gone down to 453, and might well do so again in the near future.

Yup.. It'll keep dipping to 450 for several times in 2015.. I think it might even go as low as 420-430 in 2016.. Just a wild guess.. Best of luck everyone!

please read this, the draw on Aug 8-9 has a cutoff of 471

at least it sounds that, 450 will remain the cutoff threshold for the rest of draws in 2015..

cutoff will not go lower than that..

thanks to most of the PNPs started at full thrust since July-2015 (OOPNP, NBPNP, BCPNP etc)
