Definately affects on visa processig. V.O might think that he/she has not own house in home country and might be see as a future immigrant.

It would be better to provide house valuation made by government approved property valuer.

If your profile is strong according to drade/marks higher degree program nd where you want to go also a higher program then it will not effect they see only your liquid money like statement but if your profile is low with marks/grade then i think it will effect
