I applied for the home support worker since January 2021, submitted via Paper based. Did my medicals and biometrics. Until now I haven't heard anything about my visa. Please what could be wrong.

They are checking your eligibility hopefully you will get pcc soon. As we can see 2021 first quarter file moving forward.when you did your medical?

Sorry i meant to say i applied for it 1st January 2020, i did my medicals 2019 as upfront.
