has any home maker applied for citizenship and got it? in the work history section, did you give a reason for why you are not working? or was it enough to state you are a homemaker raising 2 or 3 kids?

For me 2 or 3 kids would be a god reason to get away from home. But, yes. Taking care of kids is an excellent reason for homemaker. You are OK.

My wife is a home maker, we had the interview after the test last week and the officer was OK with she being a home maker, no further questions asked.
