Hi. I just want to ask if there's a possibility of working as a caregiver in Canada. Can arvs be shipped to Canada from Philippines to ensure that i wont utilize Canada's meds, or do they honor physician's letters in the Philippines?

CIC generally ignores letters stating someone won't use Canada's health care system. CIC has no way of enforcing this once someone arrives in Canada - so the letters are meaningless. I think your chances of approval are unfortunately very low.
