I have hired a lawyer. If u have money then go for it. Its like an insurance. U'll need it the most if u get in to trouble. If u don't need them then u'll feel waste of money.

My understanding is that is is waste of money if you have all valid docs. At any moment you can consult the attorney if you get any query from CIC.

Thanks for reply..Please suggest some professional and reasonable cost lawyer details in Toronto

If you have money, if your lawyer gives you login details and control over your profile and if you don't want the hassle of doing things yourself then go through a lawyer. Else, do it on your own. There are many agents and lawyers who keep the login details of their clients and the clients have no way to know what's going on with their profile.

If your are good at reading, researching, and working with a computer then you're good to go. I've had really bad experiences with Immigration Lawyers in Toronto. If it were for their advice, my status would be another one in Canada (and not a positive one).

Express Entry is pretty straight forward and much of the info you need is here in this forum. I wouldn't spend that money!

I also think its not needed at all. Everything is straight forward.

I wouldn't say it's all straight forward for the average person, many people get rejected for sending incomplete applications, usually because they didn't realise they had to include something, or for just general clumsiness in the application. Hiring a consultant/lawyer/whatever to do it all for you is of course expensive, but the benefit is they will at least guarantee there won't be any issues with the application.

Basically, if you have the money then feel free, but just bare in mind you're only paying for the convenience of not having to do it yourself. Your application will still be processed by CIC just as fast as it would be if you were to submit it yourself.

Hiring a Lawyer - Waste Of Money- By almost 80% of People in Canadavisa forum.

Even i felt the same for sometime.

But When It comes to Immigration We dont know what issues we are gonna face.
Its always a better choice to have an Immigration Lawyer handle your case.

Yes Canada Immigration is mostly straightforward, you may never face an issue during this long process.
But When you face an Issue, You will feel helpless and you may end up wasting time, cause if you stop at one point
you may not resume at the same point.

For example: someone with 450+ score got ITA and got rejected for some issue, He created profile and it took 8 months to get
ITA again, you dont know when you will face an obstacle.

I think I advised against a Lawyer earlier, but Its always good idea to hire one.

But If money is an issue then you can definitely do it on your own.

Make a wise decision. Before making a decision,
Read the Thread= Reasons for Rejection

Don't take decision after Reading Thread= Hiring lawyer is good option

All the best Guys.............
