Hindi Font Issue in IMM5645 form

Hi Guys,

I am not able to copy and paste/type and fill the Imm5645 form in Hindi(native language).I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit the document.
Hindi font is coming as ?????.I am able to write in Hindi in other applications like Word,MS Paint but in this pdf it is not at all getting supported.
Please help.

You can fill the form in ENGLISH.

But do you mean writing in native language is not mandatory?Only filling in English is fine?
