HIKE IN TUITION FEES - WEBFORM - DEFERRAL

PLEASE HELP

I have paid the first year full fees for Jan intake and I haven't received the visa yet. Jan 10th was my offer letter expiry date, So I deferred it to May intake and in May intake offer letter there is an increase of 1700 CAD in the first year tuition fees.

So,

1. Do I need to wait for a decision on my file with the Jan intake offer letter or do I need to raise a webform and upload the new offer letter?
2. Do I need to pay the change in fees before raising the webform?

Thank You ...But my file is under SDS category...so if I upload the new offer letter without paying the 1700CAD, will IRCC rejects the application due to not paying the full amount of the first year fees?

As long as you have same DLI and the course dont update ircc about your new LOA. You can do this after you get PPR. Once you land to canada there you will be getting visa based on your LOA.

2. Do I need to pay the change in fees before raising the webform?
Yes you need to in order to get enrolled in college.
