1.two or more post secondry certificates

2.bachelors degree

I did eca for my degree and this is equal to canadian degree

Have you done your ECA for the Bachelors?
Unless you specify what postgraduate diplomas are those, its difficult to comment.
Do those PG diplomas qualify for Masters (As per CIC)?
