hii can anyone please clarify my doubt regarding dependent vissa

Hi..i have one doubt regarding dependent vissa..my fiance is in Canada now, he went to Canada in last year aug 2013 he got 2 yrs study permit and open work permit for 5 yrs..and by next year 2015 decembr he is going to complete his study vissa,and we were planning to get married in next year may 2015,and we both planning to settle in canada

so he have open work permit and what is the procedure for applying dependent spouse vissa,i would like to know whether ill get work permit to work in Canada along with him..please do reply for me

No he is not a permanent resident,he got 2yrs study vissa and another 2 yrs work vissa..and he got open work permit also,and he is going to complete his studies by December 2015 and we r planning to get marry in may 2015, so my doubt is wat is the procedure for applying spouse vissa?

This section is for PRs and citizens sponsoring their spouses. The procedures are completely different.

oh yeah like millesaway said,it wil be better to post at international students section,if he can give u spousal sponsorship,they will be best to help u,all the best in ur endeavour

You are in India and your future husband is in Canada with study visa plus open work permit. I heard that students are allowed to bring their spouse. But that's not always easy. Google extensively and also consult the right pages of this forum. Good luck!
