HI every one,
I from my research on Internet and friends studying abroad,has come to conclusion that what are the actual documents which shows the link to HOME COUNTRY,,although i will alsi be applying for visa in JUNE but i think my research might be helpful for many people.
-property documents( father or mothers property) this shows them that u i will be having some property back in ur country and no one is foolish to leave this property and go illegal in canada! and it will motivate u to return back to pakistan!
-If father is doing business ,show his business documents (NTN CERTIFICATE) and establish this in ur SOP and his sponsor letter that u will return back to pakistan and takeover his business
- Bank account in your name,although it is not important to show financial power and parents bank statement(4 months) is enough but still it gives immigration officer a chance to think that u r having some link to your country after going to canada.
-JOB oppurtnunity back home(provide document from employer -OR how ur studies in canada will help you getting a JOB in PAKISTAN(establish it in ur SOP).
-FAMILY COMPOSITION FORM- and BAY FORM from nadra-this shows that you have family back in pakistan,and surly you will want to come back to visit them
