Hi every body I had applied as skilled worker 7251 in Nov. 2010 and I waiting for my file no. after long wait now I got this mail on May 16th

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 17 Nov 2010. It was deemed incomplete. We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form so there is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Unfortunatly I didn't received any mail till date I checked it form post office they said they have no records of regular mails. Now I wish to apply again can I apply again. Are they send demand draft along with all attachments. Because my bank cann't issue me duplicate draft. They said first you give us proof after that they issue me duplicate draft. What can I do how can i give them proof plz help me

basically you can apply at any time if ur NOC is still in list and cap is not reached. moreover cancelaltion of bank draft rules may vary from country to country. i.e i got my first one cancelled from Pakistan by lodging FIR in police stattion that first draft is lost. i submitted copy of FIR and request letter to bank against which they cancelled my first one and issued me second one.
