That's incorrect.

The only option is to reapply from scratch with stronger evidence and documents to prove that your sister has overcome the refusal reasons. With three refusals, I would not advise reapplying so quickly. She must reapply only after her circumstances change significantly

So now she refuse her family is in back home and her husband is also back home so she is going back we give them all resion I just want to meet her family and going back she have property back home we have all docoment was really gud if we apply again then they refused again on the same resion she did not Traval and she is not coming back to back home so plz she refused in June plz let me know when we can apply again when is better to apply again
