We have applied for a trv through paper application from Hyderabad , vfs global office and it's being processed at Bangalore visa office .The applicants are me my husband and two children (12 nd 18).my younger son is participating in a robotic competition and hence received an invite from rcj international committee Montreal .we applied on 24april 2018 ..but the tracking ID shows its being processed at Bangalore.The anxiety is building up in the 12 yr child as he is working hard for the event .our departure date is 11 June .we have to pack the technical stuff and the robots .. laborious process before departure and as such no updates from visa office is leaving us anxious .kindly advise for my child a young participant it's an achievement after his long hard work.

Hope you and your family have a history of travelling together/individually to visa-required countries (US, UK, EU, Australia, NZ, etc) + individual strong ties + strong financials otherwise your entire family wanting to accompany your younger son for this competition may have a negative impact.

We are financially strong with an established business and I have my mother here who is a cancer patient to look after ..I take care of her ( Do I needed to mention in the cv letter about my mother s medical condition which I didn't write about in the cover letter)

You can. However, it may or may not be considered as it has been quite long since you applied + it is possible that the visa office could give decisions shortly
