I have done M.Com (Regular) and Post graduate Diploma in Computer Science and M.Sc (Computer Science) correspondance and I have 4 to 5 yrs experience of part-time computer Instructor of Central Senior Secondary Schools, recognised by government. I have applied for immigration to canada category open for College and other vocational instructor and my file is send to embassy on 01.01.10. I want to now that may I am eligible for this category and if yes please, tell me the processing time my file will take for approval.

Also you need to match your duties for the NOC you have applied, if they match and you meet the conditions in the link above you are eligible.

The time lines vary a lot from case to case and visa office to visa office. For New Delhi tentative time lines are

60 to 70 days for AOR fron Nova Scotia
120 days to submit full docs to CHC new delhi
On an average 10 months for PR after that ( Source New Delhi visa website). But on the forum we have seen people getting in two months to eight months
