hi
i am very new this site. but right now studying in a college in ontario and finishing my wireless communication
one year post grad diploma. i am applying in other colleges for post grad course of another one year in project management.
will i be eligible for getting 3 year work permit after the completion of 2nd one year course.

I know 2 cases like that one got 2 years permit and one got 3 years....So its hard to say..

As per the stated rules, you will be eligible for PGWP of 3 years.

first of all thank you so much for replying so fast. i was little concerned as over the weekend i met some previous students who
have gone through the same process , they told me that as i will be completing my wireless communication post grad course of
one year in aug 2012 from humber and then starting a new course in conestoga in sep 2012, i might not be eligible for 2 year work permit.

he told me i will be eligible for one year as i will be changing my stream. that has confused me a lot and very worried. i checked online many time , nobody has talked about this. but however i did read that two 1year post grad courses are eligible for 2 to 3 year work permit.

If someone can clear this for me, i will be really grateful.
