Dear All
Please its a last minute request about the following form

London visa office specific Forms.

It says at the start "Check each item on the list and attach the checklist to your forms"

What does this mean?

I have applied under FSW category so what i did is

I checked all the relevant Boxes below F.

Now the question is SHALL I HAVE TO PUT A TICK ON ITEMS AS WELL"? WHAT I MEAN IS IF I AM SENDING AN ID CARD THEN SHOULD I TICK THIS ITEM IN THE SUB MENU AS WELL OR ITS JUST THE MAIN BOX ?

Please advise as i have prepared the whole application and after half an hour shall be on my way to DHL to post it.

are you talking of appendix A?
 
i looked at the london appendix A. i dont understand what you mean by sub menu. if you look at the appendix A, you will see a tick box under F for each numbered box.

Only box number 1 had many tick-boxes under F and you should tick each of those things as long as you sent it.

Then in each of the other numbered boxes (i.e., 2-14), there is one tick-box under F. Tick those as well. I can't see where they talk about ID card as you mentioned in your post.

Dear Matties

What i meant was that under each section theres a heading and a box (F, Q, P) in front of this.
Then below there are docuements mentioned in detail for that section.

I ticked F for me OK
but shall i have to tick the documents as mentioned in details as well

if there is no box under F for each subsection, then you don't need to tick. Only tick where there is a box.
There is couple of places to tick under for 1. Then for each of 2 to 14, there is one place to tick under F. you should tick all those.


can you give me an example outside of number 1 where you see a box for each subsection.

Thanks for your efforts and guidence

What i was thinking is that

Like Back ground declaration section I ticked F

Below is by me
By my spouse

Do i need to tick these two as well or just ticking the main form will do

Same is the case for the rest of the sections

Hopefully now i am more clear

You mean like:

SCHEDULE 1: BACKGROUND DECLARATION
Include a Schedule 1 form completed by:
•the principal applicant
•spouse or common-law partner
•each dependent child over 18 years of age

There is no box for the last three sentences so no need to tick. Only tick where there is a box.
