I been in Australia since 2012 till today, unfortunately I have to leave this place as I’m on bridging visa e; in federal court if I leave this country I will be banned for three years. Unless I can apply permanent residency but I gave up the chance of hope. As I’m in a mood of migrate to Canada for ever as it’s my dream and my family dream.
Plz plzzz guys suggest me what I can do my best plz. Hope to here from the experts. I will be happy if someone can sponsor me.

Qualifications: B.Sc ( medical laboratory technician)2010 June pass out.
Australia qualification: HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT in commercial cookery certificate 3 and 4 pass out 2014 November.
Got sponsorship in 2014 November as a cook
Got promotion in 6 months as a kitchen manager worked till 2017 September
Then got terminated from the job and loose my sponsorship then I moved on AAT appeal with 20 hrs work right and work for two companies and now on federal court with no work rights no study and no travel. So plz guys help me out.

Have you looked to see if you qualify? What is your CRS score? Your IELTS is very low. Unfortunately wanting to immigrate to Canada since your immigration didn’t work out may not be possible. Would encourage you to do more reading about the various immigration policies in Canada.

Unfortunately you need a score in the 460-470 range to stand any chance of being selected for express entry.

It is almost impossible to secure a job offer from outside of Canada unless someone has unique skills not available in the country which based on your post does not seem to be the case.

Your score is very low. You can see if your wife qualifies for one of the PNP programs or AIPP and whether she has a decent chance at being accepted. Unsure what she does. You seem to be on a tight timeline. It seems unlikely that you will be able to go from Australia to Canada.
