are you sure steaky?immigration center when I called them told me maximim 2 month

Yes, I am sure (despite officially it said 30 days). Contact UPS (United Parcel Service) using this link http://www.ups.com/canada/engindex.html to have CIC mail your PR Card to their Canadian address and then UPS will courier your PR Card to your home address outside the country. You have to provide a Canadian Address to CIC.
