Hi, questions about flagpolling PGWP

Hi,
I recently graduated BCIT
and applied my PGWP on 7th September
however, it doesn't seem I will get the approval soon
so I'm thinking about flagpoling since they reopened it,

has anyone tried it recently in Vancouver(surrey's border)?
and how should I do it?
and is it ok to do it even though I applied it online already?
