They refused you for bank account statements, so I guess they're saying they want you to show more proof of funds available and money saved for the trip... If only you showed your bank account before, perhaps it will be helpful if your husband can show his account statements as well to prove to the visa officer that there is enough money available for the trip. Also, make sure you show plenty of proof that you have things to return to in your home country, or they will refuse you for not believing that you will leave Canada.
